LGBTQ+ affirming therapy online
A place where you don't have to explain yourself first. Being LGBTQ+ can mean carrying stress other people don't see, and here your identity is respected from the first session.
You might come to therapy because of something directly tied to identity, or for anxiety, depression, relationships, or health concerns where you just want a therapist who already gets it. Both are welcome.
What I help with
- Exploring sexual orientation or gender identity
- Coming out, or deciding whether and when to
- Family rejection and religious trauma
- Stress from living somewhere that doesn't always feel safe
- Relationships and chosen family
- Anxiety, depression, and self-esteem
- Navigating health care as an LGBTQ+ person
What affirming means here
Your identity isn't something to fix or debate. I use the names and pronouns you share, I'm informed about LGBTQ+ experiences, and therapy focuses on what you came for.
Sessions are private, by secure video from wherever you feel comfortable.
